COMBO CURADORIA CULTURAL – ECOMMERCE + APP

I was the Product Owner, Tech Lead and Partner in this Bookstore Startup

I led a lean and competent team composed of a copywriters, books curators, UX designer and backend developers to idealize (model business), prototype, test, develop and improve an e-commerce web based application for the COMBO CURADORIA CULTURAL bookstore. Among the deliverables we came to are:

• Coordination of UX design and research process (dozens of interviews with real users)
• Visual design (with system and web components) in FIGMA
• Development of a headless React+Wordpress commerce
• Integration with logistics partners via API
• Wordpress Theme Development (CSS, PHP and JS)
• Setup of Premium Plugins to enhance user experience while optimize costs (business decision)
• Unique filtering/innovative search customization system that “found” the best book for the user to read now
